BOHEMIAN VALENTINES DAY DESSERT TABLE

This Valentines Day I wanted to try something very on trend and modern, so I came up with a Bohemian Valentines Printable Set and Dessert Table. I love the sweet arrows, the feathers and the backdrop which turned out great, using just paper and real feathers, glitter, beads and washi tape hanging from a branch. I'll being hanging this one in my daughters room after the party!

I kept the party treats simple and DIY with vanilla cupcakes, popcorn, jell-O Cups, sugared doughnuts and milk bottles. 

These decorations including the large arrows (made from balsa wood) and the other decorations for the pencil classroom favors, straws, cupcake picks and doughnut arrows were great fun to make. Hope you like them too!

TRICK OR TREAT? HALLOWEEN PARTY

Happy Halloween! My favorite time of the year!

This year, we turned a little Halloween Bash into a play date and had a few friends come over to help us celebrate the holiday. For this reason, I designed a party and matching printable set especially for kids.
Fun, bright, bold patterns with not-too-scary characters – a witch, vampire, bat, ghost & Frankenstein.

Fun was had by all. Tricky treats included a green, slimy, bubbling cauldron full of Witches Stew. I made this concoction by adding green food coloring to white chocolate and placed a chocolate fountain, inside a black plastic witches cauldron – I was so pleased with the result! The kids loved dipping their marshmallow sticks into the green gooey slime and eating it fondue-style. 

We also had "Monster's Eyes" cookies decorated with fondant and edible ink pen. Some fun drinks including: "Bats Blood", "Witches Brew" and "Monster Pop". Some yummy death-by-chocolate cupcakes and Candy Corn Parfaits satisfied our guests sweet tooth, and all went home with a special Halloween favor.
