Last Halloween I designed a very modern Trick or Treat Dessert table. This year I wanted to go vintage and sppoky, almost a little Steampunk. 

So I designed this spooky Witch's Den Dessert Table and matching Halloween Printable Set. I had so much fun sourcing all the "ingredients" for this Witch's Den - most of which I already had in my existing Halloween decorations stash.

Shruken Skulls, Werewolf Tails, Feathers of Crow, Zombie Brains (tinned lychees), Toads Tongues (green Jelly Beans), Zombie Eyeballs, Rattle Snakes, Tarantula Legs, Bat Wings, Black Cat Eyeballs and Arsenic Poison – all of these labels are included in two sizes: Large (wine bottle size) and Small (mason jar size). TRICK OR TREAT? HALLOWEEN PARTY

Happy Halloween! My favorite time of the year!

This year, we turned a little Halloween Bash into a play date and had a few friends come over to help us celebrate the holiday. For this reason, I designed a party and matching printable set especially for kids.
Fun, bright, bold patterns with not-too-scary characters – a witch, vampire, bat, ghost & Frankenstein.

Fun was had by all. Tricky treats included a green, slimy, bubbling cauldron full of Witches Stew. I made this concoction by adding green food coloring to white chocolate and placed a chocolate fountain, inside a black plastic witches cauldron – I was so pleased with the result! The kids loved dipping their marshmallow sticks into the green gooey slime and eating it fondue-style. 

We also had "Monster's Eyes" cookies decorated with fondant and edible ink pen. Some fun drinks including: "Bats Blood", "Witches Brew" and "Monster Pop". Some yummy death-by-chocolate cupcakes and Candy Corn Parfaits satisfied our guests sweet tooth, and all went home with a special Halloween favor.

I really enjoyed putting this fun spin on some classic Halloween characters this year, and I hope you like it too.

Easily, my favorite holiday – Halloween is just too much fun & we're big into Halloween around here! My kids helped me with these yummy Halloween treats I put together for my new Halloween Party Printable Set – "Spook-a-licious"!

Black Cats, Bats and delicious details really caught my imagination with this set. And, this table was fun to style because I got to use some of my vintage silverware for a spooky, gothic-feel.

(colored using Wilton Violet Gel, which matches the printables perfectly). Recipe for White Jell-O is here.
